Your journey

Our Engineering Graduate Development Program in Engineering commences in February 2026 and will include multiple rotations across various teams. They provide an outstanding foundation as you develop your career, and as a bonus, all programs offer the option to undertake a project management qualification. You’ll also benefit from professional development courses such as creative problem solving, negotiation, leadership and diversity in the workplace.

At the end of your three-year program, you’ll have a better understanding of what excites you, what you’re naturally good at, and how to navigate challenges with confidence. You’ll take on real-world problems, experiment with new ideas, and sometimes stumble. Each setback will help you grow. You’ll learn, adapt, and experience the thrill of success, while having a whole lot of fun along the way.

What are the eligibility criteria?
• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline within the past three years, or are working towards graduating by the time the program commences.
• Authority to work in Australia
• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence (full or probationary)
• Be willing to undergo a medical (including drug and alcohol test) and a criminal history check.

This role offers a starting annual base wage of $110,783.83 plus 13% superannuation. Our pay grade and classification information can be found in the Utilities Management Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement available online.
