MYSMARTPROS is seeking a remote Engineering Data Analyst, Climate to analyze climate data and develop models for decision-making. The role requires collaboration with engineers and data scientists, utilizing advanced statistical techniques. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree and experience in climate analysis. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This position is part-time and allows for work from home.
Are you a data-driven engineer with a passion for climate-related analysis? Leidos is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Data Analyst, Climate to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your engineering and data analysis expertise to develop innovative solutions to our customers climate-related challenges.You will collaborate with other engineers... data scientists, and other technical professionals to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex climate data sets. You will apply advanced statistical techniques to develop sophisticated models that will inform decision making and provide insights into environmental phenomena. Your work will help us ensure that our clients have access to the most up-to-date climate information.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, such as mechanical, civil, or environmental engineering. Experience with climate-related analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success. Responsibilities:
Analyzing and interpreting climate data sets using advanced statistical techniques.
Developing sophisticated models to inform decision making and provide insights into environmental phenomena.
Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and other technical professionals to identify patterns in climate data.
Ensuring clients have access to the most up-to-date climate information.
Utilizing data-driven engineering to develop innovative solutions to climate-related challenges.
Demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Being a self-starter with a passion for climate-related data analysis.
