Analog Devices is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Engineer in our San Jose, CA location.
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:
• Previous experience developing, implementing, and managing ISO14001, and/or ISO 45001 EHS Management systems, preferably within a manufacturing or related environment.
• A relevant technical degree in Engineering or EHS, with at least 2 years of experience in areas related to health and safety.
• Good knowledge of safety legal requirements and best practices in the field.
• Previous experience conducting effective and engaging training.Excellent computer and verbal/written communication skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage safety procedures and develop/present training including fall protection, lockout tagout, electrical, and machine safety programs.
• Implement and manage a contractor work permit system with the related departments
• Support site staff in developing safety-aligned work plans for complex tasks involving employees and contractors.
• Lead, train and develop the on-site emergency response team.
• Assist with the maintenance of the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system to exceed regulatory, corporate and industry requirement (ISO14001/ISO45001). Coordinate related internal audits and inspections and annual risk assessments.
• Perform periodic evaluations/audits of the site and safety programs to ensure compliance with safety plans, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the investigation of the root cause of safety-related events and ensure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Present technical information to the management team.Be a key partner in a positive, proactive, and integrated EHS culture.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $76,029 to $104,540.
• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
• This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
