Energy and Sustainability Consultant

Purobuild is seeking an Energy and Sustainability Consultant in the UK, offering a salary of £30,000 - £40,000. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience, knowledge of Part O/L compliance, and proficiency in IES modeling. Bonus skills include preparing energy statements and SAP calculations. This is a full-time remote position, with no degree required.

Key Skills & Experience:
• * 2-3 Years Experience
• Part O / Part L Compliance: Understanding and applying regulations for building energy performance.
• IES Modeling: Experience using IES software for building energy simulations, helping to assess energy use and environmental performance.
• TM 59 for overheating risk
• TM 52 for ventilation strategies

BONUS Skills:
• Energy Statements: Experience preparing energy statements for new developments, typically for planning applications or compliance with local regulations.
• SAP: Proficiency in SAP calculations, which are a key method of assessing the energy efficiency of residential buildings in the UK.
• Level 5 MNEM / SPEM: Member of the National Energy Managers' register or Sustainability Performance Energy Manager. These are professional qualifications that can support expertise in energy management and building performance.
