We are looking for an experienced Energy and Climate Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in energy and climate analysis, with a focus on the building and heating sector.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about climate action and have a solid understanding of the complex societal, political, technological, and environmental context surrounding the building and heating sector. They will also have experience in energy and/or climate analysis, with a strong analytical and conceptual skillset.
Key Duties
• Conduct energy and climate analyses, focusing on the building and heating sector.
• Develop and implement strategies to decarbonize the building and heating sector.
• Collaborate with consultants across disciplines to develop well-balanced and cost-effective solutions.
• Analyze data, perform complex calculations & simulations, and translate findings into meaningful technical and policy recommendations.
Qualifications
• A University or University of Applied Sciences degree related to natural sciences, engineering, or political science.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in energy and/or climate analysis.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Fluent in German language written and spoken (at least C1) and English language written and spoken.
