About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the seamless integration of distributed generation solutions into the existing electrical grid. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in driving interconnection progress through the full lifecycle of development and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multistate, utility-specific interconnection processes from inception to permission to operate.
• Liaise with utility staff and foster enduring relationships with utility staff, contract partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and other technical experts to ensure projects meet technical, regulatory, and safety standards for interconnection.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with renewable energy project management, with a focus on utility interconnection.
• Strong knowledge of interconnection regulations, standards, and processes.
