About the Job
• We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and resources for supporting project commissioning at both the home office and field locations.
• The Commissioning Support Manager will report to the Director of Commissioning and will be responsible for interfacing between design teams, project sites, shop surveillance professionals, corporate offices, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Familiar with and adheres to the Gemma Core Values and enforces company policies.
• Provides technical commissioning expertise and advice to support project objectives.
• Leverages knowledge of commissioning activities & processes for large-scale construction projects.
• Previous experience in leading teams in the execution of commissioning activities and overseeing commissioning personnel.
• Experience interfacing with clients.
• Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) or Associate Commissioning Professional (ACP) certification is a plus.
