Typical Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience Minimum two years of experience in the area of energy efficiency, energy analysis, or demand side management Education/Licenses/Certification High school diploma or equivalent Associate's degree in Energy Management or 4 years related college level coursework A combination of work experience and education demonstrating the knowledge and experience, will be considered as a substitute for education. Driving is an essential function of this position. In addition to providing the types of services that meet customers' utility needs, SUB shall also strive to: Keep the costs of its services affordable; Provide for prudent financial reserves; Ensure that all services offered and provided by SUB meet or exceed the community's standards for quality & safety; Continue to study opportunities and pursue options that provide value to SUB's customers.
