We’re currently seeking motivated Energy Sales Consultants to join our growing team. With an abundance of qualified leads waiting, we need passionate sales professionals to meet the demand. Our Energy Consultants currently receive up to 6 qualified leads per day. Many of these leads are located close to one another, minimizing driving time and allowing more time for sales!

What You Can Expect in This Role:
• High Earnings Potential: With our uncapped commission structure, you can earn up to $432,000+ annually. Your maximum earning potential is directly tied to the effort and dedication you bring to the role.
• Daily Qualified Leads: Receive 4-6 high-quality leads per day to maximize your sales opportunities.
• Pricing Flexibility: Adjust pricing on the spot to create the best value for your customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Appointment Setting: Self-generate some appointments during training to demonstrate your effectiveness.
• Company-Provided Leads: Receive qualified leads after completing training and meeting benchmarks.
• Custom Presentations: Present tailored solar designs created by our in-house design and engineering team with the ability to adjust in the home.
• Flexible Financing Options: Guide clients through financing solutions and adjust pricing to meet their needs.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and build a referral network to drive ongoing success.

Position Requirements:
• Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years required.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable vehicle.
• Driver’s License and Insurance: Valid driver’s license and current car insurance are necessary.
• Technology Access: iPad or Apple laptop required for presenting proposals.

Physical Job Requirements:
• Ability to Drive Short to Medium Distances (Generally less than 50 miles): Must be able to drive to and from the market or designated selling location, potentially for long periods.
• Walking and Standing: Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, often 4-8 hours a day while canvassing neighborhoods and knocking on doors.
• Climbing Front Steps or Using Ramps: Ability to climb front steps or use ramps at customer homes, as some houses may have different entryways.
• Carrying Sales Materials (less than 10 pounds): Ability to carry sales materials, or promotional items while walking or traveling.
• Navigating Different Terrain: Ability to walk on various surfaces (e.g., pavement, grass, gravel) in all weather conditions while maintaining balance and footing.
• Use of Technology: Comfortable using a mobile device, tablet, or other technology to log customer information, manage schedules, or access sales tools while on the move.
• Endurance: Ability to work for 4-8 hours per day, maintaining energy levels for a full shift, even in potentially varying weather conditions.
