Responsible for optimizing asset performance and reliability by overseeing operations and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with contracts and budgets, conducting technical analysis and reporting, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting due diligence, invoicing, and insurance processes.
• Ensure timely renewal and renegotiation of certain O&M agreements and contracts for vegetation management and module washing when applicable • Ensure timely renewal of asset operating licenses and permits • Work with Asset Management team to ensure timely issuance and correctness of monthly production number for purposes of producing power invoices • Coordinate with DAS providers regarding production, communicating issues and subscription renewals • Assist the development team in performing technical due diligence in view of acquisition • Support at times the EPC team on engineering and project management matters
