CLEAResult Consulting Inc. seeks an Energy Engineering Manager in Oklahoma City, OK. Join CLEAResult as an Energy Engineering Manager! As an Energy Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of energy engineers to support the delivery of energy efficiency programs, promote opportunities for professional development of team members, manage client relationships both internally and externally, and provide strategic guidance and prioritization of tasks to ensure program and regional goals are achieved effectively.

Candidates must be based in Oklahoma City, OK to be considered for frequent travel within the area.

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of energy efficiency industry, including energy efficient technology, programs and policies
• Build productive relationships with internal leadership and with external clients, partners, and program participants
• Represent the company as a technical resource both inside and outside the organization
• Provide performance reports and consult on potential improvements to increase team performance
• Develop strategies to achieve organizational goals and adapt strategies to respond to changing conditions
• Provide technical knowledge to explain complex issues to internal and external parties
• Understand applicability of building codes and federal equipment standards to program offerings
• Provide subject matter expert guidance and training in at least two significant technical areas directly to our program teams, and connect with other subject matter experts to support our programs
• Approve projects energy savings using excel or energy modeling software
• Advance the technical capabilities of team members
• Travel to the office weekly, and travel to other states at least 3 times a year

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have . . .
• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical)
• 6+ years’ experience in commercial energy engineering
• 2+ years’ experience in people management
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
• CMVP or PMVA preferred
• Project Management experience preferred

Target Compensation:

$120,000 - $135,000 / annually + annual bonus incentive

Compensation Range
$110,500.00 - $165,700.00
