• 3-8 years of experience auditing energy for commercial and multifamily facilities
• Building diagnostic performance experience
• Report writing and energy presentation
• Energy modeling with eQuest experience
• Ensure timely compliance and quality control
• Analyze and evaluate fuel records for heating and cooling results
• Conduct HVAC system inspections and checkups
• Maintain client relations with regard to work operations
• Collect budget reviews to operate within budget constraints
