CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is seeking an Energy Engineer for their C&I Program in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves developing energy efficiency programs, conducting engineering calculations, and providing technical guidance. To join our team as an Energy Engineer supporting C&I programs ! You will be responsible for developing and the delivery of energy efficiency programs by providing engineering calculations, building energy simulations, measurement and verification, and utility program technical design and assistance. Leads design and development of technical strategies, conducts analysis to inform and recommend energy savings, and develops plans and provides reporting that contributes to the success of client programs. Writes and informs technical documents, publications, and conducts quality review of content. Provides general project oversight, quality control/assurance, and continuously informs customers and project team of updates and necessary adjustments. Supports business development efforts and proactively seeks new project opportunities.

• Calculate energy savings for projects in our programs using standard engineering principles including physics, mechanics, fan laws, thermodynamics, algebra, and statistics
• Lead important and complex technical work in our programs, independently and with minimal technical supervision
• Identify, lead, and qualify custom/M&V projects in our programs (beyond deemed savings)
• Oversee the development of calculators and measure configurations within central database
• Perform audits unassisted at large commercial and industrial facilities with solid customer communication; author IPMVP compliant plans and reports
• Provide technical guidance and training to our program teams, customers, and clients related to at least two subject matter expertise, preferably HVAC Systems/Controls and Custom/M&V
• Author work papers for new energy efficiency measures, with technical oversight
• Oversee technical feedback related to filings, utility commission documents, and program evaluations; provide formal recommendations to program staff
• Develop project scopes, with oversight from engineering management
• Work with clients and evaluators on project-specific issues
• Travel to the office and worksites weekly, and travel to other states a few times a year

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical)
• 5+ years' experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
• CMVP or PMVA preferred
• Project Management experience preferred

$74,000.00 - $111,000.00
