Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Performance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead project teams and develop high-performance building systems. Your expertise in mechanical engineering and experience with energy efficiency design analysis will be invaluable in delivering exceptional results to our clients.
• Lead project teams and manage projects from concept through construction
• Prepare deliverable documents, including narratives, calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Attend client meetings and lead coordination efforts between external and internal project teams

Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have experience with high-performance and sustainable building practices, proficiency in mechanical system design, HVAC, and energy modeling, and advanced understanding of engineering concepts. You will also need to inspire and motivate staff, serve as a technical resource for the company, and have strong delegation skills.
