Job Description

Sunrun Inc. is seeking an Energy Consultant in Woodbridge Township, NJ, responsible for building customer relationships and promoting renewable energy solutions in a partner retail store. The role requires strong communication skills and technology proficiency, with a focus on exceeding sales goals. Candidates should have at least two years of experience and reliable transportation. Overview: As an Energy Consultant at Sunrun, you will have the opportunity to transform the way we power our customers' lives. Responsibilities: As the face of Sunrun in a designated partner retail store, you will be responsible for building relationships, building excitement for our products, and educating potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. You will schedule appointments, build the Sunrun customer base, and focus on exceeding personal and team goals. Qualifications: Success in this role requires strong communication skills, excellent technology skills, resilience, self-motivation, grit, and passion for our mission. You will need:
• At least two years of relevant work experience
• Significant comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications
• Availability to work a retail optimized schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts
• Access to reliable transportation to support a multi-store territory zone within 15-30 mile radius
