Bright Home is looking to scale up our energy consultant division. The energy consultant’s responsibilities include creating and conducting client appointments, proposing energy efficiency solutions and signing new deals. Ultimately, an exceptional energy consultant should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service, problem-solving ability, and communication skills at all times within this role.Energy Consultant Responsibilities:Collecting and analyzing clients current energy data.Educating clients on alternative energy resources.Identifying and evaluating viable options to reduce clients energy consumption.Assisting in the initial planning of new energy projects designed to lower utility costs and protect the environment.Managing clients through the installation process to ensure customer satisfaction and referral opportunities.Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the renewable energy market.Energy Consultant Requirements:Aligned with Bright Home core values.Willingness to learn and be coached by leadership.The ability to learn and adapt to the market.Strong pipeline management and follow up skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Detail-oriented.Job Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
