Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy solutions, conducting site assessments, and guiding clients through the installation process. As a Solar Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting sustainable energy practices while helping customers save on their energy bills. You will also act as a mentor for newer team members coming onto the team.
Duties
• Engage with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
• Prospecting for new clients
• Conduct thorough site evaluations to determine the feasibility of solar installations.
• Present and explain solar energy products and services to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to solar energy.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed.

Pay: $154,432.00 - $321,095.00 per year
