We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Lead to join our IRP Energy Conservation team. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of geo-targeted residential energy efficiency and demand response programs, supporting Ontario's Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) framework.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and execution of residential DSM and demand response programs.
• Manage delivery agents, optimize program results and budgets.
