The Roles
• Leading Global Firm looking for a Senior Energy & Resources lawyer to join its leading team either to be based in Perth or remotely from another office. Work across a range of matters with the support of a leading Partner. You will ideally have a broad range of commercial/projects and M&A experience in the mining, oil, gas or energy sectors.
• Highly regarded global firm looking for a Lawyer with 4 to 8 years Projects/Energy experience to join its leading Projects team in Melbourne. You will have the chance to work on a number of energy projects for project sponsors financiers and large energy users nationally. Role is genuinely flexible so don’t count yourself out based on location!
• Premier National firm looking for a Lawyer with 4-8+ years experience across construction, infrastructure and/or energy matters to join the team in Melbourne. You will work across PPPs, Energy Transactions and other infrastructure matters with two of Australia’s preeminent Partners.
• Global Firm looking for either an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Projects, Energy and Infrastructure team in Melbourne. In this role you will undertake a range of work across sectors including renewable energy, power, mining, transport and water, working with clients in both established and emerging markets across Australia, Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East and Europe. Amazing opportunity to work with three leading Partners in Victoria and other Partners nationally.
• M&A role for a 4-8 PQE Lawyer - corporate transactions with an Energy and Infrastructure focus including public and private M&A deals and takeovers for listed companies, disposals, private equity transactions, venture capital, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. Strong Energy transition workflows.
