Electrical Apprentice / Solar Installer

Blossom Solar is seeking an Electrical Apprentice/Solar Installer in Snohomish, WA. The role involves managing a team of three to install photovoltaic systems across Washington. Candidates should have a positive attitude and good work ethic. The position offers a full-time schedule with benefits including health insurance and paid time off. Previous solar experience is not necessary, and the pay ranges from $24.00 to $30.00 per hour.
We offer a Monday - Thursday work schedule with three-day weekends!

You will manage and lead a team of three, installing photovoltaic (PV) systems, including PV electrical equipment, all over Washington state. Your team will be held to installation standards and rewarded for best-in-class installations through our incentive program, paid out monthly on top of hourly pay rates. You will be integral in the development and refinement of processes that lead to meeting and exceeding company success metrics. You will maintain a positive work environment, leading by example and mentoring and coaching your team. Your customer interactions will exhibit the care and consideration Blossom strives for at every step of the project.

2 Electrician - (Previous solar experience not necessary)

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of three installers.
• Install PV electrical equipment.
