Job Description:

As an Electric Vehicle Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, testing, and maintenance of our electric vehicles. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:
Vehicle Assembly: Utilize technical drawings, manuals, and instructions to assemble electric vehicles according to specifications.
Component Installation: Install and integrate electrical components, including batteries, motors, wiring harnesses, and control systems, with precision and attention to detail.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections and testing procedures to verify the functionality and safety of assembled vehicles.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues that arise during assembly or testing.
Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on electric vehicles, including battery maintenance, software updates, and component replacements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and maintenance activities.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.

Qualifications.

1.Diploma in Mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or equivalent; technical certification or automobile engineering, or a related field preferred.

2.Previous experience in automotive assembly, electrical systems, or electric vehicle technology is highly desirable.

3.Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

4.Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
