Job Description

We seek a talented Remote Support Engineer to join our team in delivering exceptional technical assistance to clients and colleagues associated with Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions. This role requires a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Functions:
• Manage service cases to completion within our case management system.
• Offer guidance and support to Level 1 technicians as needed.
• Analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions, escalating issues to Level 3 specialists when necessary.
• Conduct remote diagnostics and maintenance of products.
• Determine whether additional parts are required and initiate the ordering process.
• Collaborate with field service technicians to ensure successful on-site interventions and provide quality control through post-service testing.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process.

Essential Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electro-technical services, or a related discipline.
• Valid certification in service and maintenance of electrical installations.
• Thorough knowledge of computer networking and technical analysis principles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with service processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Driver's license Class B is considered a desirable asset.
