Electric Grid Project Leader

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Electric Grid Project Leader to manage our substation projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute projects that have a significant impact on various communities and own a diverse portfolio of projects within the electric grid space.

This includes managing projects encompassing HV, MV, LV substations and switchyards, as well as potential projects involving underground/overhead transmission lines and distribution. The role may require travel to project sites, and when not traveling, you will work in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week remote and 3 days per week in-office from our Denver, CO office.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading project teams in conceptual design and procurement phases of substation projects. Your expertise will be utilized to manage schedule, budget, and scope of services projects, ensuring successful project execution.

• Responds to RFPs and prepares proposals for services work.
• Leads project teams in conceptual design and procurement phases of substation projects.
