Eight Versa | Sustainability and Building Performance Consultant

Eight Versa is seeking a Sustainability and Building Performance Consultant in London. The role involves managing sustainability strategies, including energy modeling and client consulting. The Opportunity:

Eight Versa has an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainable built environment and architecture to join our Building Performance team.

You will be based in our London office and join a team of multidisciplinary sustainability consultants who bring their cross-industry experience and in-depth knowledge to find bespoke solutions for both the corporate and built environment.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of sustainability strategies and services, including:

· Energy modelling

· Daylight and thermal comfort studies

· Overheating analysis

· Building LCA analysis

· Technical report writing

· Client consulting; determining expectations and achieving deliverables.

Personal attributes and skills:

· A degree in a relevant field such as construction, engineering, architecture

· Building Performance Simulation experience

· Proficiency in using software such as DesignBuilder and other relevant tools to analyse building energy performance

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· A swift problem-solver with initiative

· Strong analytical skills and attention to details

· Have a passion for sustainability and sustainable built environment
