Responsibilities
• Oversee a team of ecologists and manage project execution.

Requirements
• Master's degree in Ecology or related field with at least eight years of post-grad professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least ten years of professional experience.

• At least three years of experience in managing people, including recruiting and performance management.

• At least three years of project management experience, including budget development and client relationship building.

Nice-to-haves
