Ecological Risk Assessment Specialist

AECOM is seeking an experienced Ecological Risk Assessment Specialist to support various projects for clients in the U.S. and internationally. About the Role
AECOM is seeking an experienced and motivated Ecological Risk Assessor to join our risk assessment and remediation practices. This role offers flexibility in terms of location, allowing you to work from either an AECOM office or remotely.

In this position, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting a wide range of projects for private and government clients across the U.S. and internationally.
• Performing and reviewing ecological risk assessments in accordance with regulatory guidance and project-specific work plans.
• Developing Risk Assessment Work Plans and contributing to Sampling and Analysis Plans/Quality Assurance Project Plans.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a strong background in ecotoxicology, ecology, zoology, environmental science/studies, chemistry, toxicology, biology, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience performing ecological risk assessments in an environmental consulting setting. Additionally, they must be willing to perform field work and have excellent technical writing and communication skills.
