Earthjustice Climate Change Specialist

Earthjustice is seeking a Climate Change Specialist in Washington, DC. The role involves developing and implementing lobbying strategies, lobbying Congress and the Administration on climate issues, conducting policy analysis, and managing a team of policy staff. This is a full-time position with no specific degree requirement.
Responsibilities
• Lobby Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement legislative and administrative advocacy strategies by supervisees and directly.
• Congressional and Administrative Lobbying: Lobby Congress and the Administration on key climate and energy issues.
• Policy Analysis: Perform policy, legislative, and legal analysis to inform advocacy efforts.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of policy staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
