Primary Responsibilities:
• Effectively collaborate with referring physicians and other professionals to provide optimum patient care
• Provide comprehensive consultations by evaluating patient conditions and screening for diseases related to the Ear, Nose and Throat
• Provides evaluations and surgical interventions for the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea
• Frequently performed procedures include: tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, ear tube placement, sinus surgery, septoplasty, thyroidectomy, para-thyroidectomy, and vocal cord surgery

Required Qualifications:
• M.D. or D.O.
• Must be board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active Ohio Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
