We are looking for an Event Designer to join our team and help in supporting the design and delivery of exceptional floral events from concept to installation, contributing creatively to proposals and client experiences. This role will assist the wider events and sales team by transforming client briefs into inspiring mood boards, compelling presentations, and seamless on-site execution. The Events Designer plays a vital role in upholding our brand values through consistent quality, innovation, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships & Sales
• Create mood boards and proposal decks for event briefs, ensuring creative alignment with the brand
• Assist with incoming enquiries and proposal admin
• Attend and support site visits
• Be present throughout the entire customer journey, from brief to post-event review
• Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas, with an interest in design and a keen eye for detail

Creative Design & Delivery
• Participate in installations, ensuring excellence in delivery and fostering positive venue/client relationships

•Support the wider team in operational planning, liaison with logistics, and on-the-day event prep •Develop in-depth venue knowledge
• Help manage post-event reviews and feedback collation
• Maintain an organised archive of mood boards, templates, and case studies for internal reference
• Develop a good operational knowledge of all accredited venues

Essential Skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• A natural flair for visual storytelling and design; confident in interpreting client vision into creative concepts
• Clear communicator—both written and verbal—with a warm, polished, and professional tone

•Confident phone manner and client-facing presence; able to instil trust and remain calm under pressure •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM systems for managing client data, pipeline tracking, and enquiry conversion
• Design presentation skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and basic sketching or computer-aided design (CAD) for event visuals and layouts would be beneficial.
• A keen interest in floral and event design trends, luxury hospitality and brand storytelling
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, while also taking initiative independently
• Numeracy and attention to detail in proposals and quotes
• Comfortable with physical aspects of installations and working flexible hours on occasion, including some evenings and weekend work especially in busy periods
• Ideally experience in floristry / fashion / interior design / creative visual merchandising
• Ability to use one’s own initiative, but not frightened to ask questions

Additional Information

•The role is primarily based in Windsor, with regular travel to London and venue locations •Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required based on event schedules •Growth and development supported through ongoing training and mentoring
