ESG Sustainability Specialist

At RecruiterPH, we are seeking a highly skilled ESG Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting partners in prospecting for new clients and handling the planning and execution of sustainability initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Environment Science, Environmental Engineering, or Sustainability Management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in delivering sustainability/ESG program services. They will also be knowledgeable on most major ESG disclosure platforms and reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist partners in prospecting for new clients
• Handle the planning and execution of sustainability initiatives
• Help organizations achieve best practice in terms of reporting on their non-financial performance
• Manage client relationships, business development efforts, and drafting thought leadership
• Experience in supporting a team in developing, growing, leading, and inspiring strong teams with a relationship building management style

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Environment Science, Environmental Engineering, or Sustainability Management
• Minimum 6 years of experience in delivering sustainability/ESG program services
