ESG Sustainability Director

We're looking for an exceptional ESG Sustainability Director to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, sustainability, and corporate responsibility. You'll be responsible for managing, implementing, and compiling accurate and timely collection, analysis, and reporting of environmental data for all relevant properties in Resource Advisor. This will ensure alignment with industry standards and Outrigger's global goals.

You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainability projects and initiatives. Your role will also involve preparing materials and leading discussions at regular ESG team meetings to align teams on goals and progress. Additionally, you'll lead the development and publication of a corporate environmental responsibility report, showcasing accomplishments and outlining future objectives.

About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility roles, preferably within Hospitality or Tourism.
• Strong understanding of environmental metrics, emissions tracking, and sustainability reporting standards.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
