Job Description:

CyberArk is seeking an ESG Manager to develop, implement, and manage the company's ESG strategy and program. This role involves defining measurable and time-bound objectives, tracking progress, and working closely with various departments to ensure ESG initiatives are integrated into business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives that align with the company's mission and values.
• Monitor ESG performance, including environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance practices.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of the company's annual ESG report and manage data collection process.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG awareness and engagement.
• Conduct ESG risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant ESG regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, Business, or related field, or CPA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ESG management or 5 years in a related role.
• Strong understanding of ESG principles, regulations, ratings, and reporting standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ESG reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Creative and innovative team player with an understanding of interconnectivity of business processes and their effects on control environment.
• Self-motivating individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
