DP World is hiring an ESG Reporting Manager for Sustainability in the APAC region, based in Singapore. The role involves leading country-specific ESG reporting, collecting and analyzing ESG data, and ensuring compliance with global frameworks. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in corporate sustainability reporting. Strong knowledge of reporting frameworks and excellent communication skills are essential.
ESG Reporting Manager – Sustainability - APAC
We are seeking for a dynamic and detailed oriented candidate for ESG Reporting Manager – Sustainability – APAC to join DP World! In this role, you will be leading country specific ESG and sustainability reporting efforts. This role will be responsible for collecting, analysing and disclosing ESG data in alignment with global reporting frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop and manage country level ESG and sustainability reporting for DP World in APAC region
• Collaborate with internal teams, both at Group level and country level, to collect, validate and analyze ESG data
• Lead the preparation of ESG reports at country level in alignment with ISSB and other relevant frameworks as needed
• Support data requirements from Group by collecting it and preparing it in the format as required
• Ensure that country level sustainability data is in accordance with the data collected and reported at Group level
• Support in answering queries from investors, rating agencies and regulators on ESG performance and disclosures
• Support in liaising with external auditors to get these ESG reports audited as per the international frameworks and country level regulations
• Key point of contact regarding any queries, internal or external, on ESG reporting and disclosures
• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Founder’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
• Bachelor Degree in Environment, Chemical, Business, Finance or similar fields
• Overall 10 years of professional experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing and supporting corporate sustainability reports
• Strong knowledge of reporting frameworks such as CDP, GRI, TCFD, ISSB, etc.
• Hands-on experience of liaising with auditors to get the reports audited
• Passion to learn and able to handle ambiguity and changes
• Experience of regulatory stakeholder management
• Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels within the organisation
• Ability to recognise issues, analyse, formulate and implement appropriate solutions
• Excellent verbal, written communication, computer literacy, report writing and administrative skills
• Good grasp of MS Office products like Excel and PowerPoint
