We’re looking for an ER/HR Advisor to join our team in Sydney! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in employee relations and HR processes, looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Support the ER/HR team with case management, investigations, and administrative tasks.
• Assist in gathering documentation and preparing reports for workplace investigations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with workplace policies.
• Work closely with senior ER/HR team members to learn and develop your skills.
