What You Will Do
• Implement RTX EH&S Management System to steer company towards an injury-free work environment.
• Provide EH&S technical support in EHS program to ensure safety in the implementation of EHS projects and programs (including Risk Assessment, Machine Guarding, Ergonomics Humantech, IH, permit to work etc).
• Monitor and ensure completion of regulatory and permit requirements in compliance calendar.
• Collect, analyse and report EHS data (safety and sustainability) to monitor performance, conditions and best practices.
• Assist to establish, maintain and update of EHS procedures, work instructions, training materials and related documentation.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and orders of safety equipment or services to conform to EHS program standards.
• Schedule medical and periodic tests at workplaces for hazard monitoring, such as radiation, chemical, biological, noise, laser and other industrial hygiene hazards.
• Support and participate in EH&S Council and Sub-committee proactive improvement projects and activities.
• Support incident investigation and ensure effective investigation with root cause and timely completion of corrective/preventive actions.
• Perform inspection of shop and contractor compliance to identify EHS non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices.
• Conduct EHS orientation for new or transfer employees.
• Perform role of assessor to endorse permit (WAH, Confined space, hot work etc).
• Coordinate emergency preparedness for CERT through training and drills/exercises.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have
• Diploma in Engineering or EH&S or equivalent.
• WSQ Certificate in WSH (Level B) or undergoing registration with Ministry of Manpower as WSHO.
• Experience in supporting ISO 45001 or ISO14001 audits and implementation
• Meticulous and exhibit a high level of integrity.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
