The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EHS Consultant to lead, manage, and grow our consultancy business within the disciplines of Health, Safety, Quality, and Sustainability across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a newly created role within a growth business. Ideally you will be an experienced, commercially minded and driven EHS consultant, looking to take the next step in your career. You will be required to drive business development initiatives, provide hands-on leadership to our team of associates, and contribute to the overall growth of the global consultancy & advisory business.

What Will You Be Doing?
• Lead, grow, and then manage the APAC consultancy function, taking full responsibility for day-to-day operations, performance management, and development.
• Set and achieve ambitious fee-earning and selling targets for yourself and any team members, with a focus on generating substantial individual revenue contributions (minimum of x2 of salary, to be reviewed annually).
• Leverage your own consultancy background and active network to identify new business opportunities and drive successful business development efforts.
• Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the APAC consultancy team, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Foster a culture of cross-selling and collaboration throughout the entire Shirley Parsons business to maximize client and business opportunities.
• Ensure consistent and effective management approaches are applied across the APAC consultancy division to maintain high levels of service quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, showcasing the value of our consultancy services.

What We Are Looking For:
• A thorough understanding consultancy services related directly to Safety, Quality, and Sustainability.
• Proven background and experience in consultancy services, with an active and dynamic network in the field.
• Previous experience working for a consultancy firm is essential to be considered.
• Demonstrable track record of successful business development and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead a team and drive performance.
• Commercially minded and strategic, able to contribute to the company’s overall direction.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships.
• Familiar with emerging SE Asia markets
• Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving growth.
• Experience in cross-selling and promoting collaboration for mutual business benefits.
• Fluency in English is essential; any other languages relevant to the APAC market will be beneficial.
