Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS professional to oversee the administration of all environmental, health, and safety practices. This includes maintaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to conduct associate training and safety orientation.
• Maintain regular plant safety and housekeeping audits to identify areas for enhancement.
• Conduct incident investigations to determine causes and provide recommendations for corrective action.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Additonal Responsibilities
• Support personnel matters, including performance evaluations and assisting managers and supervisors with safety/environmental needs.
• Serve as the company's Environment Management Representative (EMR) and develop a monthly plan to align daily control items with key objectives and metrics.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in an open office environment.
