Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our e-commerce sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of large ticket B2C sales, with a focus on agriculture and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Manage account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide training and support to the sales team on best practices and tools
Requirements
• 10 years of experience in a sales management role with at least 5 people under management
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions
• Demonstrated dedication to education and professional development
