Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage directly with potential customers, share the benefits of our solar energy solutions, and drive our mission forward. Your ability to connect with people, articulate the value of renewable energy, and close sales is essential to our success.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting and Outreach:
• Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories to generate leads and build relationships with prospective customers.
• Educate homeowners and businesses about Terra Energy’s innovative solar solutions and their potential for cost savings and sustainability.
• Sales and Customer Engagement:
• Present and explain product benefits, addressing customer questions and concerns with clarity and confidence.
• Secure appointments and guide interested prospects through the sales process, from initial consultation to final installation.
• Reporting and Follow-Up:
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, and sales progress.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into closed sales.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with team members and management to share market insights and develop effective sales strategies.
• Participate in regular training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product developments and industry trends.
Qualifications
• Experience:
• Prior experience in door-to-door sales or direct customer engagement is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales environment.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive abilities and the aptitude to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude and the ability to work independently.
