Role Overview

As a District Sales Manager, you will drive market growth through strategic leadership, team development, and a commitment to excellence. This role combines your ability to mentor high-performing sales teams, implement efficient processes, and deliver outstanding results.

• Lead and Develop: Recruit, hire, and coach top-performing sales representatives to achieve and exceed goals.
