Dispatch Lead

The Rounds is seeking a Dispatch Last Mile Lead in Alexandria, VA, to oversee delivery associates and ensure efficient last-mile operations. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment to support growth at an early-stage ClimateTech startup. The position offers a salary of $26-$28 per hour and does not require a degree. The company focuses on sustainable delivery and inventory management of essential goods.
