Director of Urban Design

The Director of Urban Design at beBee Careers in Singapore will lead the design and execution of complex landscape architecture projects. Responsibilities include providing creative direction, managing urban development projects, and overseeing construction processes. The ideal candidate should have experience with large-scale projects, construction administration, and technical knowledge in various aspects of urban design. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
• Leadership & Strategy: Provide creative direction for our studio, aligning projects with market opportunities and company goals.
• Design & Project Management: Direct the design and delivery of urban plazas, parks, waterfronts, and mixed-use developments, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
• Construction Administration: Oversee construction administration processes, including site visits, shop drawing reviews, and resolving on-site challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to completion, with expertise in construction administration, built work, and on-site implementation oversight. Strong technical knowledge in grading, planting, irrigation, stormwater management, and construction detailing is essential.
