Director of Service Responsibilities Include:
• Executive planning for current and future pipelines of company sold service and upgrades: residential and commercial service, maintenance, upgrades, and electric vehicle infrastructure.
• Management and planning for current and future market operations.
• Ensures adequate resources are prepared daily to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety compliance
• Leads field safety program in accordance with OSHA regulations
• Management training and team building to meet company growth goals and operational requirements.
• Manages team skills development, assessment, and training
• Coordinates scheduling processes to optimize project cost and mitigate contingencies: weather, supply, delivery, and personnel
• Ensure client communication quality and satisfaction via net promoter scoring
• Prepares reports regularly to track budget and spending
• Ensure adequate controls on inventory and assets/tools. Provide reporting on status and losses.
• Engage as a leader in department, company and executive meetings and provide support toward goals and issue resolution.
• Help develop and rollout effective company processes and culture

Requirements

Associates Degree or greater

3+years service department or construction management

Ability to develop direct reports

Development of new market teams

Positive, energetic attitude, and ambitious with self-motivation and discipline

Highly organized and able to prioritize in high-volume environment

Ability to engage with clients and meet expectations

Proficiency in business software - Microsoft Windows 10, Excel, Word

Proficiency in standard internet tools and etiquette - email, cloud services, search

Reliable transportation, valid license, clean driving record

Benefits

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS:

Salary range $80-120k based on qualifications plus performance bonus up to 50%. Benefits include majority-paid medical, dental, vision insurance and matching 401K program. Earned paid time off starts at two weeks annually.
