Director of Project Management - Climate Change Initiatives

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead our climate change initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project plans, including setting goals, objectives, and timelines
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting expenses
• Ensure timely completion of projects, including coordination with team members and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in project management, including developing and implementing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of project management tools and software, including Asana, Trello, or similar

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
• Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
