Main Responsibilities:
• Strategic Fundraising Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to support climate initiatives, leveraging key networks and partnerships.
• Donor Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key donors, identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities to advance climate solutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of fundraisers and relationship managers, providing guidance and support to achieve fundraising goals.
• Donor Insights and Analysis: Analyze donor data and trends, developing strategies to maximize giving potential and drive results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with climate teams to develop compelling proposals and reports, communicating the impact of climate initiatives to donors and stakeholders.
• Event and Experience Development: Collaborate on event planning and development, creating engaging experiences to attract new donors and supporters.
