• Head of Performance Metrics and Analytics*

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) efforts. As the Head of Performance Metrics and Analytics, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and directing the organization's MEL strategy and methodology.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing M&E components/activities across multi-year, complex projects with an emphasis on quality data collection and management infrastructures. They will also have experience developing business and social impact MEL frameworks, as well as reporting to corporate funders and understanding their unique needs and priorities.

Key Responsibilities include:
• MEL System Design and Implementation: Oversee the design and implementation of the program's MEL systems, ensuring data reliability and high quality.
• KPIs and Tools Development: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, MEL tools, and define MEL responsibilities across the program and related activities.
• Data Management and Quality: Oversee data collection, collation, storage, analysis, and reporting, ensuring data reliability and high quality.
• Team Leadership and Management: Manage and support MEL staff, including recruitment and onboarding.
• External Evaluations: Coordinate external evaluation processes, including drafting Terms of Reference (ToR) and selecting firms where appropriate.
