The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Director, Affordable Housing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our efforts in affordable housing development and climate resilience.

About the Role:
• Leadership of the Housing and Community Strategy team
• Oversight of strategy, research, initiatives, and tools supporting affordable housing development and finance
• Collaboration with Habitat affiliates to understand and leverage housing market conditions, financing, regulatory environment, and entitlement process for affordable homeownership projects

Requirements:
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• 10-15+ years of professional experience engaged in affordable housing design, development, construction, and/or policy work
• Experience navigating complex affiliated networks and HQ systems
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
