Job Overview

PNM Resources is seeking an experienced professional to lead the strategic implementation of grid modernization technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional project teams and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan for delivering on grid modernization objectives, including integration of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), advanced distribution management systems, and distribution automation capabilities.
• Lead and synchronize grid modernization initiatives, integrating them with ongoing projects such as Annual Operating Plans (AOP) critical infrastructure upgrades and Department of Energy (DOE) grant programs.
• Align program objectives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee scope, budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and quality assurance for the program.
• Maintain program documentation and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
