Job Description

Suffolk Construction is seeking a Director of Environmental Sustainability to develop and implement a safety strategy, oversee the safety department, and collaborate with the Data Department to enhance safety metrics. This role is part of the leadership team and focuses on compliance with safety regulations and best practices. The position is full-time and based in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive safety strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to the safety department, ensuring a proactive and preventative approach to safety management.
• Collaborate closely with Suffolk's Data Department to build a data-driven strategy to improve safety metrics and predictability.
• Establish and enforce safety policies and procedures that comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as industry best practices.
