Leader in Transportation Architecture

We are looking for a highly experienced leader to drive the growth of our transportation architecture practice. As a key member of our Buildings + Places team, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, urban strategists, real-estate advisors, economists, social scientists, and specialty sub-consultants.

Key responsibilities include:
• Nurturing a collaborative team environment, fostering innovation and excellence across all project phases.
• Providing thought leadership on key programs and global initiatives, setting the standard for design and technical quality.
• Mentoring and developing the next generation of design and technical professionals within the team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field plus 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Professional License as Architect (RA, AIA) or Planner (AICP).
